As a direct result of these cutbacks my department was disbanded. We provided a frontline service to people suffering with severe mental health difficulties. This support has not been replaced by the NHS or voluntary sector which is what they proposed because these organisations are already overstretched! They shouldn#'t be allowed to get away with these Draconian cuts. If they're not spending our tax money on public services, where is this vast amount of money going?
